I have always been a picky eater, but becoming health conscious has taken it a bit further. More often than not I’m asked “well… what DO you eat?”, so here is a run down of my daily food intake:
My diet is pretty much a mix of a high alkaline, vegetarian, mediterranean diet. Generally, I limit eating out to two days a week and even so, try to limit GMO or processed foods from those meals. I don’t follow a strict regime, but try to be consistent with my nutrition and exercise. I’m human and pig out on crappy food/go out drinking, but the key is moderation.
Although this is the ideal diet for my body and health, it may not be for you ***Consult a nutritionist or naturopath to educate yourself on your own nutritional needs***
